Exchange & Return Policy


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Customized or altered sarees are not eligible for return or exchange.


2. Process for Returns

THERE IS NO REFUND POLICY, ONCE THE ORDER IS BOOKED.

You can return your product and ask for refund only if the item is defective or damaged provided with the opening video of the parcel from beginning till end.

It will take 7-10 working days to refund the amount after receiving the product. 


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product defects.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or receive store credit.


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
