Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted as processing begins.

Customized or sale items are not eligible for cancellation.

Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days.

No Cancellation after the product is shipped.
